Activision works on poker game
Video game developer Activision is working on a new title to follow on from the hugely popular World Series of Poker (WSOP) title.
The new game – World Series of Poker: Tournament of Champions – will be displayed for the first time at the E3 Expo.
A clever new feature on the game is the DigiMask function which allows players to trace other competitor’s facial features and involve these in the decision-making process of the game.
In the game, all new players receive poker training from Chris “Jesus” Ferguson before they try their luck competing in the WSOP circuit events.
Jeffrey Pollack, WSOP commissioner, said the game was “the most authentic and realistic World Series of Poker video game to ever hit the shelves”.
