An Irish bookie is trying to organize the biggest strip poker event the world has ever seen.

Paddy Power initially got hold of the idea when it was emailed around as an April Fool’s idea, but soon realized the premise had serious potential.

A company spokesperson said: “We got almost 100 requests to take part…We’re trying to investigate whether it’s possible or whether we’ll get put in prison for it.”

Due to take place in either August or September, the organizers hope the massive nude poker event will make it into the Guinness Book of Records.

For the winner, one official jokingly suggested “Maybe a gold pair of underpants or a golden fig leaf would be most appropriate”.
